RRCC 27-03-IFB01C Nursing & Health Imaging Bldg GC Pre-qual RRCC is employing a two-step Advertisement for Bid process in order to pre-qualify general contractors. The specific requirements for the pre-qualification submittals are attached along with the evaluation criteria which will be applied to the submittals. After the pre-qualification is completed, pre-qualified contractors will be invited to bid the project conventionally, with the intent of awarding to the lowest responsible bidder.
