Executive Search GM/CEO

RTD is seeking a qualified, experienced executive search firm to assist the Board in recruiting and selecting a successor GM/CEO. The current GM/CEO will be leaving their position at the expiration of their employment agreement in May of 2027. The selected firm will partner with the Board to: Update the GM/CEO job description and executive profile to reflect RTD’s strategic priorities. Conduct an equitable, transparent national search to produce a diverse slate of highly qualified candidates. Facilitate a rigorous selection process, including a robust public finalist(s) stage Conduct professional reference checks and preliminary background reviews, and leadership assessments on late-stage candidates Oversee the offer and contract negotiations process Single Award or Multi-Award?
