Description
The City of Pueblo, Colorado (the "City") is requesting proposals from qualified firms (each a "Proposer") to furnish temporary laborers and crew supervisors to supplement City staff during the "Clean and Connected Pueblo" cleanup campaign. The selected firm (the "Contractor") will provide all labor, supervision, personal protective equipment (PPE), and worker transportation needed to staff community drop-off sites and litter abatement crews from October 20, 2026 through December 19, 2026 as outlined in the SCOPE OF SERVICE & PROJECT REQUIREMENTS . Because services start soon after the proposal due date, the awarded Proposer(s) must be able to provide insurance certificates and fully mobilize crews by the first day of field services. The awarded Contractor shall be responsible fo r all administration, personnel, supervision, management, labor, programs, staffing materials, travel (if necessary), insurance, and profit necessary to provide the services requested in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
