Braising Pan, Propane Gas, 30 gallon capacity, 36 inch wide open base, manual tilt, 9 inch deep stainless steel pan with gallon markings, pouring lip and removable strainer, spring assist cover with drip edge, pan holder, solid state control, includes L faucet bracket, electric ignition, 12 inch stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet, 90,000 BTU,CSA Flame, CSA Star, UL EPH Classified. 1 year limited parts and labor warranty, standard. Delivery to 913 Washington Rd. West Point NY 10996. Removal of current Braising Tilt Skillets and installation and start up of new Braising Tilt Skillets. Removal and installation will be at Bldg 1701 Camp Natural Bridge West Point NY 10996, ground level.
