Description

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Pacific Region, Guam requires reliable commercial cellular telephone services, including voice, text, data, and international roaming capabilities, to support official Government operations for DeCA Guam. The objective of this requirement is to procure cellular service plans and necessary equipment for five (5) key personnel (3 Store lines and 2 CDC lines). The Contractor shall provide commercial cellular services, equipment (Bring Your Own Device(BYOD) compatibility or carrier-provided devices), and comprehensive coverage for five (5) lines. The requirement includes a Base Year and four (4) 12-month Option Years. Each of the five (5) lines must include an unlimited tier commercial service planfeaturing Unlimited domestic Voice and SMS text messaging, Unlimited high-speed mobile data, Unlimited mobile hotspot data sharing capabilities, U.S. calls included at no additional roaming/long-distance charge. Personnel require reliable connectivity while traveling on official business throughout the Pacific region and the continental United States and Service must include up to thirty (30) days per year, per line, of unlimited roaming coverage to United States (CONUS/OCONUS), Japan, SouthKorea and Germany.
