Site Security Services

The Government intends to modify contract N6817122P0209 to include additional periods of services for a Site Security Manager (SSM), Cleared American Guards (CAGs), Lead CAG, Construction Site Technicians (CSTs) and Lead CST. The place of performance is Sigonella, Italy and the contractor is Singularity Security Group LLC (SSG). The estimated value of the action is approximately $600K. The Government intends to solicit from only a single source pursuant to the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1 (10 USC 3204(a)(1)), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The labor categories are within the scope of the basic contract. The short duration of these specialized services in an overseas location, the short turnaround time, and the continuity of management for personnel accreditation necessitate contracting with a single source. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be retained by the agency for market research purposes.
