Vandenberg Structural Engineering Study, SLC-3 Tower

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for third-party engineering firm to perform a limited structural condition assessment of the 156-foot SLC-3 Tower at Vandenberg SFB prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The service includes a physical field survey, Non­Destructive Testing (NOT), structural analysis, and the delivery of a final assessment report stamped by a California-licensed Structural Engineer. The draft report is due 30 days after award, and the final report is due 90 days after receiving government comments. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
