SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT / CAPABILITY REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide all maintenance and repairs to the Terumo System 1 Heart-Lung Bypass devices Maintenance, VISN 21, San Francisco Medical Center. Performance will occur for Station 662 at the Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 21, San Francisco Medical Center, and its associated regional clinics under the VA San Francisco Healthcare System. Key technical capability requirements include: Provide routine software updates, firmware upgrades, and hardware upkeep for passive RTLS sensors, tags, and tracking systems. Ensure personnel hold valid manufacturer certifications required to work on specialized medical and enterprise logistics tracking components. CAPABILITY STATEMENT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement that directly addresses their ability to fulfill this requirement.
