The government plans to award a Sole Source award to Thermo Fisher Scientific for the repair of an Exploris 240 OrbiTrap mass spectrometer (MS) at the USDA ARS San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Science Center thats currently non -operational and requires a HCD cell that cannot reach operational pressure. Estimated cost below $20,00. Authority FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source.
