The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from sources capable of providing the following: Rental of Four (4) EA JLG Model 600AJ-HC3 (Preferred) or JLG Model 600AJ (Acceptable Alternative) plus One (1) EA JLG Model 660SJ Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) *Note: Requirement is Brand Name Mandatory Period of Performance CLIN 0001: 09/14/2026-05/24/2027 (36 Weeks) Option Period of Performance: 05/25/2027 - 06/22/2027 (4 Weeks) Option Period of Performance: 06/23/2027 - 07/21/2027 (4 Weeks) Period of Performance CLIN 0002: 09/14/2026-01/03/2027 (16 Weeks) Option Period of Performance: 01/04/2027 - 01/31/2027 (4 Weeks) Option Period of Performance: 02/01/2027 - 02/28/2027 (4 Weeks) Place of Performance: Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, California Vendors are asked to thoroughly review the attached SOW and complete the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and include all technical specification information sheets as proposals will be subject to technical evaluation for acceptability. The preferred requirement remains four (4) JLG Model 600AJ-HC3 units. The acceptable alternative consists of four (4) JLG Model 600AJ units plus one (1) JLG Model 660SJ unit. CLIN Structure Revisions: Added CLIN 0002 (and associated options, data, and freight items) for the JLG Model 660SJ. CLIN 0002 is required ONLY if the offeror proposes the JLG Model 600AJ alternative. Period of Performance (POP) Updates: CLIN 0001 (600AJ-HC3 / 600AJ): Base Period: September 14, 2026 – May 24, 2027 (36 weeks); Option 1: May 25, 2027 – June 22, 2027 (4 weeks); Option 2: June 23, 2027 – July 21, 2027 (4 weeks). CLIN 0002 (660SJ): Base Period: September 14, 2026 – January 03, 2027 (16 weeks); Option 1: January 04, 2027 – January 31, 2027 (4 weeks); Option 2: February 01, 2027 – February 28, 2027 (4 weeks). DFARS Clause Baseline Update: Updated the DFARS Change Notice reference from 2026-0507 to 2026-0702. Submission Deadline Extension: Extended the quote closing deadline from June 23, 2026 @ 12:00 PM EST to September 04, 2026 @ 3:00 PM EST. Note: All other terms, conditions, and provisions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 with their quotation. **NOTE: The Government's preferred equipment configuration is the JLG Model 600AJ-HC3 (CLIN 0001). While the combination package consisting of the JLG Model 600AJ (CLIN 0001) and JLG Model 660SJ (CLIN 0002) is acceptable, a technical quote proposing the preferred JLG Model 600AJ-HC3 units will be evaluated and rated more favorably (preferred) over the alternative 600AJ/660SJ package. If an offeror submits a quote for the alternative package (600AJ and 660SJ), both CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002 (including all applicable option periods and associated freight/data items) must be fully priced and meet all mandatory technical specifications to be considered technically acceptable.
