INTRODUCTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), anticipates soliciting Quotes and subsequently awarding a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for ProCair Plus Mattress or Equal to delivered to the Martinez VA Medical Center at Martinez CA. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A.
