*** ONLY SEAPORT-NxG MULTIPLE AWARD CONTRACT (MAC) HOLDERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO RESPOND *** AMENDMENT 01 TO SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Notice ID: N6258326IACB1 Project/Notice Title: LOGISTICS ANALYST (TOA SUPPORT) AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SERVICES Response Deadline: Monday, September 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) (Unchanged) 1.PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 01 The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to provide additional information and clarify industry questions regarding the draft requirements for the subject Sources Sought Notice (SSN). Except as modified herein, all other terms, conditions, and response instructions of the original Sources Sought Notice remain completely unchanged. 2. SUMMARY OF CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION A. Market Research Clarification & Incumbent Information This is a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) only, issued strictly for market research, capabilities assessment, and procurement planning purposes. It does not constitute a formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quote (RFQ), and does not commit the Government to award a contract. For industry awareness, the incumbent contractor information is provided below: Incumbent Contractor: Leading Solutions, LLC Contract Number: N00244-26-P-S040 B. Security Clearance Requirements Facility Clearance (FCL): The Government anticipates that the performing contractor will require a Secret Facility Clearance (FCL) at the time of proposal submission and contract award. Personnel Clearances: Personnel performing under this contract will require a minimum of a Secret Clearance. Key Personnel: Certain key roles may potentially require eligibility up to Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI), depending on the final scope of work. C. Transition-In Period Transition Duration: The Government anticipates a 30-day transition-in period to ensure seamless continuity of operations and mitigate any potential mission degradation. Joint Coordination: The successor contractor will be expected to work closely alongside the incumbent contractor (Leading Solutions, LLC) to execute transition milestones, which include: Conducting a joint inventory. Transferring system access. Finalizing personnel onboarding. Performance Start: Full, independent performance by the successor contractor is expected to commence immediately upon the completion of this 30-day transition-in window. 3.SUBMISSION DEADLINE (UNCHANGED) The submission deadline for capability statements and feedback in response to this Sources Sought Notice remains unchanged.
