**Updated DRAFT SOW posted on 10 September 2026 at 1400L** Vandenberg is seeking capability statements and demonstrations of experience in interested parties to recover a CAT Challenger MT765C located deep down a mountainside on North Vandenberg. The DRAFT Statement of Work is pending amendments to include that the contractor shall also be responsible for clearing out heavy brush and foliage to create an access road for towing of the equipment.
