Critical Water Testing Services

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941026QE027. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is for NON-PERSONAL Critical Water Testing Services at Robert E Bush Naval Hospital, Twentynine Palms, CA. Defense Health Agency (DHA) Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Critical Water Testing Services.
