Adm 1 - 18 SDS - CONSOLE WORKPLACE FURNITURE

Amendment 1 - 23 Sept 26 Revised paragraph 3.2.10 within the SOW. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial console workstations, seating, and incidental installation services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. See Attachment 1 – Statement of Work, for a detailed description of the products and services required. Attachment 2 (Room 254 Floor Plan & Console Layout Drawings) Interested vendors registered in SAM.gov who require Attachment 2 to formulate a quote must submit a written request via email to Contract Specialist Jeff Weeks at jeffrey.weeks.5@spaceforce.mil. Attachment 2 will be transmitted securely via the Department of Defense Secure Access File Exchange (DoD SAFE). Any questions are due no later than 10:00 AM (PST) Thursday, 24 September 2026. Note: Due to accelerated End-of-Fiscal-Year timelines, there is no guarantee that questions received by the cutoff will be answered prior to closing. Quotes are due no later than 9:00 AM (PST) Monday, 28 September 2026. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
