Technical Data: Not Applicable d. Construction Contract Information: Not Applicable. e. All responsible sources may submit a quotation as appropriate in accordance with the solicitation. f. Competitive Status: This is a competitive action for Total Small Business Set-Aside g. Qualification Requirement: In accordance with the solicitation. h. RFQ Response Deadline: Friday, 14 August 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. Revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted unless requested by the CO. b. Site Visit: Thursday, 6 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT: The site visit will start at the 60th Contracting Squadron (Building 549). c. Base Pass Deadline: Tuesday, 4 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT: Visitors requiring base access must email their first and last name to the Contract Specialist no later than this date and time. Passes will be available for pickup at the Visitor’s Control Center (Building 615) outside the main gate. Access Requirements: Due to high visitor volume, it is recommended to arrive at the Visitor Control Center at least one hour prior to the event. All visitors must present a valid REAL ID or Passport, along with current vehicle registration and insurance, to be granted access to the military installation. d. Questions Deadline: Friday, 7 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted via email to both Points of Contact.
