2023 Living Marine Resources (Lmr) Program General Environmental Needs

NAVFAC EXWC has recently awarded a modification to the ongoing research Contract with University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC), which has been determined to represent an out-of-scope change in terms, due in large part to the significant increase represented by the firm-fixed-price agreed upon for supplemental work. In accordance wtih a commitment to regulatory compiance, the accompanying Justification and Approvals (J&A) documentation is hereby posted for public viewing, regarding details of the decision. UCSC uses the contract UEI VXUFPE4MCZH5 also listed in the SAM database.
