Description

The California Air National Guard (CA ANG) is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to qualified contractors to provide and deliver 1,000 custom-engraved 30 oz stainless steel tumbler cups to multiple military recruiting locations across California. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Quoters shall provide pricing and technical quotes covering the following two distinct project components: Engraved Tumbler Cups: The contractor shall provide 1,000 double-wall vacuum insulated 30 oz stainless steel tumbler cups conforming to the minimum product specifications (BPA-free, dishwasher safe, FlowState 3-position lid, reusable straw, and comfort-grip handle). Each cup must be custom laser-engraved with the "California Air National Guard" logo centered on the front (approximately 2.5 by 1.5 inches). Split-Shipment Logistics & Distribution (F.O.B. Destination): The contractor shall coordinate and complete delivery of the exact split-shipment quantities to four (4) distinct California military recruiting offices: Sunnyvale (300 qty), Fresno (200 qty), Oxnard (200 qty), and March ARB (300 qty). All shipping charges must be incorporated into the proposed unit prices, with final delivery required on or before September 30, 2026.
