Zero-Emission Truck Purchasing Incentive Project

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department (Harbor Department) invites the submittal of proposals from one or more Licensed Motor Carriers (LMC) to purchase at least ten (10) zero emissions (ZE) battery electric drayage trucks into service in the Port of Los Angeles. Selected LMCs shall be required to enter into a grant agreement with the Harbor Department and comply with applicable terms set forth in U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Grant Agreement Number 5Y-97T27601-0.
