Water Use Efficiency Framework Support

Proposals are being accepted by West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin), a Municipal Water District, for Project Title . West Basin is seeking a consultant to provide support and resources to West Basin’s participating agencies to support compliance with Making Conservation a California Way of Life regulations. West Basin will serve as the Lead Agency and will hold and administer the consultant contract on behalf of the participating agencies. Participating agencies will be retail agencies within the West Basin service area.
