WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Auburn The Department of Rehabilitation is looking for approximately 3,227 nusf of space in the City of Auburn plus parking spaces to Code. Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.
