Venoco Pipeline Abandonment

The scope of the project is to properly abandon an oil pipeline, formerly of Venoco along Heath Avenue and Century Park East from Olympic Boulevard to Pico Boulevard according to the requirements of the City and Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM).
