Description
MSC has a limited source requirement to purchase two (2) NAVSEA-FAIRLEADER ASSEMBLY (PN: X111F-475-2158-SS3-H43A / CAT # 700006009) for the Fairlead Rollers Stations 3 & 4 aboard the USNS HENRY J. KAISER (T-AO 187). METSO USA INC is the OEM of the roller, fairleader 4-way assembly required on the RAS stations 3 and 4 aboard the USNS HENRY J. KAISER (T-AO 187). METSO does not sell directly to the government. They sell to a limited number of third parties who handle transactions with the government. Please see atached documents. 13 MAY 2026: Please be advised that Amendment "0001" is hereby issued. Amendment 0001 incorporates the following: SOW/Work Items N/A References N/A RFO Documents Combined_Synopsis_N4044326Q0031_REV-1 (deletions noted in RED STRIKEOUT; Revisions/Additions noted in GREEN FONT). In summary, only the RFQ due date has changed from Thursday, 14 May 2026 to Thursday, 21 May 2026 (see attached document). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
