Turblex Blower Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Thousand Oaks (City) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to provide annual and Class I preventive maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair services for six (6) Turblex blowers. The Turblex blowers are located at the City's Hill Canyon Wastewater Treatment Plant (HCTP) at 9600 Santa Rosa Road, Camarillo, CA 93012. The successful Proposer (hereafter, Service Provider) shall be awarded a general services contract (hereafter, Service Contract) with a base three (3) year term with one (1) option to extend for a two (2) year term. The Service Provider shall have proven, high-level experience in the maintenance and repair services of Turblex blowers, ranging from on-site inspections to routine and incidental repairs and shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and incidental services to perform the work specified in this RFP/Q.
