Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee Update

Provide professional engineering, environmental planning, public outreach, and design services related to preparing a comprehensive update to the Transportation Impact Mitigation Fee (TIMF) program for the City of Thousand Oaks. The TIMF Update will serve as a citywide framework to fund transportation system improvements to meet the needs generated by new land development, consistent with California Government Code Section 66000 et seq. (i.e., Assembly Bill 1600).
