TOS No. 25-167 - Palisades Branch Library Replacement Project

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), Geotechnical Engineering Division (GED) is seeking a consultant to review existing geotechnical reports and other relevant available Information; prepare a health & safety plan; geophysical investigation; geotechnical field exploration including drilling/logging/sampling hollow stem auger borings and borehole infiltration tests; geotechnical laboratory testing; geotechnical investigation report; environmental soil sampling including drilling/logging/sampling hollow stem auger borings; analytical laboratory testing; and limited Phase II Environmental Site Assessment report. Consultants will not be required to obtain permits. *Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of Schedule A must be registered with RAMP. **This TOS is only applicable to the top three firms on the Pre-Qualified On-Call Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Services Consultants List — Verdantas, Inc., Geosyntec Consultants, and Fugro USA Land, Inc.
