TOS No. 25-006 - Highland Park Junior Arts Center for Professional Design-Build Bridging Documents Services

The City of Los Angeles, Bureau of Engineering (BOE), is seeking a consultant to provide development of 30% design-build Bridging documents and construction administration of a 5,000-square-foot Junior Arts Center which includes site improvements and improvements to the existing Bridewell Armory building. *Any subconsultants that have been added to the contract and not originally a part of Schedule A must be registered with RAMP. **This TOS is only applicable to the firms on the 2025 Pre-Qualified On-Call (PQOC) Architectural and Related Professional Services Consultants List - Tier 2.
