Design-Builder Firm Name: Turner Construction Company Project Overview: Terminal 3 West Modernization The goal of this project is to expand Terminal 3 by approximately 735,000 gross square feet and to renovate approximately 516,644 gross square feet of the existing facility. The terminal will remain in operation throughout the project and will require extensive phasing. This will include upgrading building systems, seismic retrofit, improving passenger flow, enhancing the passenger experience, and new gates to maximize flexibility. Trade Package No.: 173 Trade Package Title: East Exterior Wall Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work: Turner is seeking to prequalify a subcontractor to deliver the complete scope of work for the East Exterior Wall, including design, engineering, preconstruction, and construction services, in alignment with the project requirements. The scope includes metal stud framing, plaster, metal panels, glazing, and skylights. Structural demolition of the existing structure and exterior wall will be performed by others. As part of the procurement process, bidders will be required to develop and submit pre-proposal drawings for review and alignment with project architectural and performance requirements prior to final lump sum, no qualification proposal submission.
