Supplemental Transportation Services

Stockton Unified School District is seeking a qualified transportation provider to deliver comprehensive supplemental student transportation services for general education, special education, homeless, foster, disabled, medically fragile, and other identified students. The District is looking for a provider capable of supplying properly maintained and compliant vehicles, qualified and appropriately cleared personnel, specialized student accommodations, reliable dispatch and management support, standby vehicles, and consistent route and schedule performance. The successful contractor must demonstrate a strong commitment to student safety, regulatory compliance, service continuity, data privacy and security, and operational accountability. In addition, SUSD is seeking an integrated transportation technology solution that supports routing, GPS/AVL tracking, parent and school applications, student ridership tracking, RFID capabilities, driver tablets, GIS integration, reporting, and invoice verification. The District intends to partner with a provider that can deliver safe, reliable, efficient, transparent, and responsive transportation services while supporting SUSD’s operational, technological, environmental, and student-centered transportation goals.
