Solar Light Pole Foundation and Installation Project

WCW requires a contractor to construct cast‑in‑place concrete foundations and install nine (9) Fonroche solar light poles at WCW's Water Quality Resource Recovery Plant in Richmond, California. With the exception of the WCW-provided materials mentioned in the Technical Specifications, the Work includes furnishing all labor, other materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform site layout and verification, utility locating, excavation, reinforced concrete foundation construction, installation and commissioning of the solar light poles, and restoration of all disturbed areas. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the approved contract documents, manufacturer specifications, and applicable public works standards.
