Sage Crest Elevator Structural Repair Project

The Palm Desert Housing Authority, ("Authority") invites and will receive sealed Bids for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, materials, tools, services, transportation, permits, utilities, and all other items necessary for Sage Crest Elevator Structural Deficiencies Repair Project, Project No. CHA00015 (the “Project”). This project consists of installing temporary shoring be provided to relieve excessive loads prior to beam installation. Remove the existing stucco beneath the second-floor walkway within the limits where the column supports are to be constructed to allow for inspection of the existing structural members and to allow for installation of the missing columns. All affected framing elements be inspected by a licensed engineer to assess potential overstress, damage or any missing structural elements. Construct two missing 24” square by 12” thick support columns footings. Install two missing 6x6 support columns and install Simpson girder connectors per Column to Beam Connection. Install Column façade and second-floor walkway stucco per the Street Elevation.
