RFSQ Hearing Officer Services

The County of Los Angeles (County) is seeking qualified firms to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide hearing officer services. The County wishes to create a panel of hearing officers for the purpose of conducting administrative Long-Term Disability hearings that resolve entitlement disputes regarding eligibility for the County’s Long-Term Disability benefits pursuant to the program’s eligibility standards.
