RFSQ Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Related Services

The County of Los Angeles Human Resources Department is seeking qualified vendors to enter into Master Agreements with the County to provide dispute resolution, mediation and related services such as workplace conflict resolution training, for the DHR Mediation Program (DHR-MP). The DRH-MP offers professional dispute resolution and mediation services to County employees, contractors, and departments seeking to resolve employment and/or workplace issues, including but not limited to employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints filed or potentially filed internally with the County's Equity Oversight Panel and/or externally with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission or the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
