RFQ-ITS 53A0314 - Software Support Services for Bentley Microstation and OpenCities Map

You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Quotation for Information Technology Services (RFQ-ITS). Read this entire document carefully. Caltrans uses Bentley MicroStation and OpenCities Map for Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Geographic Information System (GIS) workflows. Custom C# and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and tools that are used to convert Autodesk Civil 3D data into MicroStation-compatible formats. These tools and configurations require ongoing maintenance, updates, and deployment support to ensure operational continuity and compliance with internal standards. Caltrans is seeking a Contractor to provide professional services for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of Bentley MicroStation and OpenCities Map applications, as well as development support for Civil 3D to MicroStation conversion application. The contractor will also support deployment of application updates to support MicroStation and OpenCities Map application and ensure compatibility with evolving CAD and GIS standards.
