RFQ-ITS 26-0044 HR Grievance Tracking System Refresh Project

California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is inviting you to review and respond to this Request for Quote for Information Technology Services (RFQ-ITS), entitled RFQ-ITS 26-0044 HR Grievance Tracking System Refresh Project. The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain professional services on a time-and-materials basis for the design, development, testing, and deployment of a software solution that manages public employee grievances and complaints across multiple levels of review. The Contractor will work collaboratively with the CAL FIRE Labor Relations Office to build a configurable, secure, and data-driven system that supports intake, tracking, reporting, and analysis.
