RFP for FHWA ER Programmed Storm Damage Repair Projects - Environmental Consulting Services

The County of Santa Cruz, Department of Community Development & Infrastructure is seeking proposals from qualified environmental consulting firms to prepare Batched Biological Assessments (BAs) for twenty-three storm damage repair projects, and assist in regulatory permitting as detailed in this RFP. The contract term is expected to be from date of approval until December 31, 2028. This work is funded through Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) Emergency Relief (ER) Program.
