RFP Defined Contribution Program Consultant

CalSTRS is seeking a Defined Contribution Program Consultant to provide specialized expertise in investment oversight, fiduciary governance, recordkeeper oversight and accountability, fee benchmarking and cost analysis, regulatory compliance, and plan administration support for its defined contribution programs. The consultant will serve as an independent strategic advisor to CalSTRS staff by providing objective analysis, industry benchmarking, legislative and regulatory guidance, and actionable recommendations that strengthen program governance and enhance retirement readiness outcomes for California educators.
