RFP 902759 Telephone Services for Juvenile Facilities

It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the telephone services being requested by the Alameda County Probation Department (ACPD) for its youth facilities. The awarded Contractor will provide youth telephone services (YTS) utilizing state-of-the-art technology and equipment for juveniles in custody at ACPD’s Juvenile Hall and Camp Wilmont Sweeney (Camp Sweeney) facilities, both located in San Leandro, California. The County intends to award a three (3)-year contract (with the option to renew for two [2] years) to the Bidder selected as the most responsive and responsible Bidder whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements.
