RFP 26-027 Rebid 2 - Talent Booking Agency and Contracting Services

The 22nd District Agricultural Association (District) invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Entertainment/Talent Buying and Contracting Services. The District intends to award a single contract for professional services to a qualified contractor with demonstrated experience in talent buying, artist negotiations, and entertainment contracting for the San Diego County Fair. The selected contractor will provide services including, but not limited to, negotiating and securing artists and entertainers, coordinating talent contracting activities, and serving as the liaison between the District and talent agents. This solicitation is intended to establish a non-exclusive contract. The District reserves the right to award one or more contracts and may, at its sole discretion, procure similar or related services from other contractors, whether or not they are awarded under this solicitation, if determined to be in the best interest of the District.
