<<< Questions & Answers Attached >>> ***Please submit your bid package to Procurement@arts.ca.gov.*** ***Please review the attached RFP-25-017's Key Action Dates for important deadlines.*** The California Arts Council (CAC) intends to award a contract to a single vendor for the services outlined below. CAC seeks proposals from California Independent Contractors, Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Partnerships, California Certified Small Business (SB), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), 501(c)(3) organizations registered in California, private for-profit organizations, and organizations with a joint powers agreement based in California to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuant to Public Contract Code sections 10340 to 10345 (see State Contract Manual, Volume 1, Section 5.25). In submitting your proposal, you must comply with the instructions listed in this RFP document. PURPOSE The California Arts Council seeks a contractor to strengthen statewide technical assistance capacity for arts organizations while supporting the evaluation, enhancement, and long-term sustainability of panel operations used in grant-making and program administration. PROJECT GOAL The selected contractor will develop scalable training resources, strengthen staff readiness for statewide service delivery, and assess opportunities to improve panel engagement, participation, operational effectiveness, and administrative efficiency. BUDGET DETAIL The total contract amount shall not exceed $200,000. CONTRACT TERM 12 months or 1 year starting as early as the Department of General Services Office of Legal Services approved date.
