RFB: Emissions Testing of Airport Utilities and Controls Division Equipment (Personal Services)

Various emission tests of the gas turbines and boilers at the Central Utility Plant (CUP) at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) are mandated by the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) under Regulation XX, Rule 2012 of the Regional Clean Air Incentives Market (RECLAIM). The Contractor shall conduct this work, which includes emissions testing of gas turbines, associated duct burners, and packaged boilers.
