Contract - Vermeer OEM Parts This is a Request for Bid (RFB) for an Annual Requirements Contract (ARC) for Parts, OEM, Manufacturer: Vermeer (no substitutions) as stipulated herein. ALL bids must be placed electronically via the lavss.lacity.org website. Vendors participating in this bid must download, complete, and upload the RFQ Clauses and Comments to your bid response. Failure to do so will deem your response non-responsive. Electronic Signatures: This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, and by the parties in separate counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original but all of which taken together shall constitute one and the same agreement. The parties further agree that facsimile signatures or signatures scanned into .pdf (or signatures in another electronic format designated by City) and sent by e-mail shall be deemed original signatures. Prospective bidders must download all City of Los Angeles required documents and also complete the Disclosure Ordinance Affidavit online. No substitutions allowed.
