Advertisement for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Department of General Services Real Estate Services Division Project Management and Development Branch RESD-PMDB 2025-23 VAN SICKLE PARK PHASE III CALIFORNIA TAHOE CONSERVANCY 30 LAKE PKWY SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, EL DORADO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Provide professional engineering services as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis for the working drawing and construction administration phases of the above project. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. Successful firms may be awarded multi-year $5,000,000.00 agreements, up to five (5) years, on a fixed rate basis.
