Advertisement for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Department of General Services Real Estate Services Division Project Management and Development Branch RESD-PMDB 2026-02 RETAINER AGREEMENT-ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES NORTHERN, SOUTHERN AND COASTAL REGIONS VARIOUS LOCATIONS, STATEWIDE Provide professional environmental services as required for retained services to be used on an as needed basis. All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California. Successful firms may be awarded multi-year $6,000,000.00 agreements, up to five (5) years, on a fixed rate basis.
