You are invited to review and respond to this RFQ 06A3185, titled Radio Repairs and Maintenance In submitting your bid, you shall comply with the instructions found herein. In addition to those programs and preferences that are specified in this solicitation, Prospective Contractors are encouraged to consider programs and preferences that are available, such as those for the use of small businesses, disadvantaged businesses, disabled veteran businesses, and other businesses covered by State and Federal programs and preferences. 1. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, traffic control, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide continuous radio frequency services to Caltrans to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Remote Irrigation Control System (RICS) and associated communication systems. These services are critical to maintaining operational efficiency, environmental compliance, and public safety throughout Fresno, Madera, Kings, Tulare, and Kern Counties.
