REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ON-CALL INSTRUMENTATION AND CONTROLS SERVICES

The City of Watsonville Water and Wastewater departments are requesting statements of qualification from qualified firms to provide Instrumentation and Control (I&C) on-call services for Water, Wastewater, and Solid Waste systems. This may include programming for monitoring, control processes, alarms and systems related to the City’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. These systems are critical to maintaining permit compliance, treatment reliability, worker safety, and continuous public service.
