Request for Information - RFI 18369 - Firefighting Resource Mobilization Platform

7/27/2026: Addendum 1 updates Key Action Dates and point of contact. See attached Addendum 1 for further details. The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services is surveying the marketplace for modern technologies that can transform Fire & Rescue resource ordering and mobilization statewide. The State seeks solutions that measurably improve speed, accuracy, transparency, efficiency, and operational effectiveness while supporting the objectives of Executive Order N-18¿25. The intent of this RFI is to identify vendors capable of delivering specific and scalable capabilities that integrate with existing operational systems, reduce manual processes, and preserve established command structures, operational authorities, and mutual aid principles. -See attached document for RFI information.
