Request for Information for Youth and Community Engagement Event Production Services

The County of Los Angeles Department of Youth Development (DYD) is seeking information from qualified organizations, agencies, and firms with demonstrated expertise in Youth and Community Engagement Event Production. DYD is interested in identifying partners who can support the planning, coordination, and execution of dynamic, youth-centered events that promote equity, empowerment, and community connection. These events may include summits, community activation experiences, and other public engagement opportunities that align with DYD's mission to advance care-first strategies and youth justice transformation. Ideal respondents will have experience designing and delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate events that engage youth meaningfully, uplift community voices, and foster collaboration across County departments and community-based organizations.
