Purchase and Upfitting of Ford Transit Cargo Van

The City of Pasadena invites proposals from qualified vendors who can furnish the City with a Police Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) Van and/or upfitting as described in the specifications of this document. The CNT Van will serve as an on-site mobile field asset for the Pasadena Police Department to provide support to specially trained Staff responding to and managing critical incidents. This project may be split into distinct awards for vehicle production and upfitting. Final award will be based on lowest price bid(s). To be eligible for consideration, proposals must be presented in accordance with the instructions defined and within the time frame specified. It shall be the responsibility of the selected vendor(s) to meet all conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.
