Description
The City of Pasadena, Water & Power Department is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide and install a variable frequency drive at the City’s Power Plant located at 85 East State Street in the City of Pasadena, California. Pasadena Water and Power ("PWP"), a department of the City of Pasadena ("City"), is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to deliver and install one Variable Frequency Drive for Selective Catalyst Reduction Tempering Air Fan as part of a General Electric Model LM6000 PG combined cycle gas turbine to the City of Pasadena, CA. This variable frequency drive is a critical component of the selective catalytic reduction system of the gas turbine. The purpose of this procurement is to replace the existing variable frequency drive that has reached the end of its useful life. The City invites interested and qualified suppliers to submit their proposals in accordance with the specifications provided in the scope of services section of this bid specification.
